Outperforming biomass for pond bottom soil and water management
AlphaBac combines a specially formulated range of adapted high-performance microorganisms and micronutrients developed for use in the biological degradation of wastes in the water column and the pond bottom soil even at low oxygen condition. Enzymes and by products generated from bacteria in AlphaBac quickly and effectively digest wastes. The prophylactic use of AlphaBac may be beneficial in the control of pathogenic bacteria load in the culture system.
Benefits
- Degrades organic matters, sludge, fish waste, uneaten feed, and plankton remains in water and pond bottom soil
- Accelerates the rapid start-up of new systems and helps recovery after phytoplankton crash
- Suppresses undesirable algae, bacteria, and pathogens in the pond
- Maintains the presence of important phytoplankton at equilibrium and prevents excess bloom and die-off of phytoplankton
- Enhances organic removal efficiency of biological systems, providing lower effluent BOD, COD, and TSS
- Enhances nitrification and rapidly removes toxic gases, such as ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and hydrogen sulphide
- Improves water and pond soil quality, resulting in increased survival, growth, and productivity
- Creates better soil environment for more benthic
